Changes in the Workplace

If one thing has remained the same in the last decade it would be change. One of the reasons you have seen such a great amount of change in the workplace is the range of ages of employees. You are crossing multiple generation lines in the workforce today. Discuss the values and hindrances that are involved when the employee pool spans several generations.

1. What conditions of change do you see affecting you the most? What can you do to deal with this in order to maintain a good work environment for yourself and your coworkers?
2. What generation are you part of and how has this generation affected the workplace?
