Case Study Analysis Paper (20 pts)

The case study for this assignment is on Page 55 of your textbook, “HR in the DaimlerChrysler merger”.  Please read the case carefully and you may use additional information through your own research for analysis.  For your Analysis Paper, please address the following four items:

1.     1.  Provide the basic information about the DaimlerChrysler company.  How does the history of Daimler and Chrysler affect the state of the merged company?

2.      2.  Explain the results of the DaimlerChrysler’s human resource strategies or methodologies.

3.      3.  Evaluate the impact of organizational change, employee rewards, conflicts, and other issues that were important to DaimlerChrysler.

4.      4.  Make recommendations for change if you were in charge of HRM for DaimlerChrysler. 

Your paper should be 8 to 10 pages in length (double space) not counting the Title and References page.  The in-text citations and references should be in APA format.  The font you use should be Times New Roman, black, 12pt.
