Case Study

This is a two (2) page paper based on the case study in the attachment

Consider this experience from the perspective of an outside consultant. Prepare a paper with the following required elements.

·         identifies one (1)  key challenge; and

·         propose a practical plan that provides one (1) solution/ suggestion on this issue that help both the team and overall organization.

·         base your background, issue, and improvement proposal, on one of the models and theories discussed in managing teams in organizations.

·         factors that may have led to the issue; methods that could assist in its resolution based on theories, concepts or models  in managing teams in organizations;

·         This paper is to be written in the third person. There should be no words in the paper such as “I, we and you;”
