CC: Painful joints
HPI: 16 yo wf presents with a 2 week history of joint pain. She states it started in her wrists and moved to her knees and eventually her ankles. She had noted a low grade fever during these episodes. She also c/o waking up and feeling her heart race and not being able to breath. The sob resolves if she sits up for a few minutes. The only other problems she remembers was having a sore throat with high fever about 1 month ago.
PMH: There is no family history of rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, etc. CC: Painful joints
