Please describe the current structure of your organization using the terms from chapter 14 in the text (See Table 14.5 on page 460).  Is this the structure that is best suited for the type of business that you work? Is there another structure that would be more appropriate?  If you are not currently employed, and would like to use another corporation as an example, please feel free to do so.
