Businesses
seeking to expand overseas may have to change their products and or services to
accommodate the culture in that location. McDonald’s is an example of this in
regards to their expansion in India. McDonald’s line of Big Macs and Quarter
Pounders is a brand in which people have grown to associate with the
business.
If expanding internationally changes a company’s branding, how will this affect
the business plan and marketing of that organization?
