From Chapter 10, prepare a two- to three-page paper that addresses the following points:

a.      Identify at least three alternative exit strategies and analyze how each strategy impacts the potential resources required to initiate a new venture.

b.     Analyze how you can structure your venture to avoid potential exit strategy problems and suggest alternative strategies for the developing venture.
