BUS114I HAVE CHOSE THE TOPIC OF APPLE FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE COMPANY TO NOW.  HERE IS THE ADVICE FROM THE INSTRUCTOR:

"Good topic.  There should be a lot of prior research about Apple.  I suggest focusing on the vision and how changes impacted the organization.  It might be interesting. You can link the affects of changes to the market and stock price"

Focus of the Final Paper

In a six- to eight-page paper (not including the title and reference pages):

1.      Describe the role of a supervisor in a typical organization.

2.      Propose and discuss three traits of an effective manager. How do these    traits fit the five functions of management?

3.      Discuss the relationship between managers, supervisors, and employees, and how these relationships assist in guiding organizations to achieve their maximum potential.

4.      Explain the importance of finding the right employee and the challenges supervisors face in a multicultural society.

Writing the Final Paper
The Final Paper:

1.      Must be six to eight double-spaced pages in length (not including the title and reference pages), and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.

2.      Must include a title page with the following:

o    Title of paper

o    Student’s name

o    Course name and number

o    Instructor’s name

o    Date submitted

3.      Must begin with an introductory paragraph that has a succinct thesis statement.

4.      Must address the topic of the paper with critical thought.

5.      Must end with a conclusion that reaffirms your thesis.

6.      Must use at least three scholarly sources in addition to the textbook.

7.      Must document all sources in APA style, as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.

8.      Must include a separate reference page, formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
