Binder's Beverage & Grey's Construction

It is important for the work to be shown more so than the correct answer.  There is Binder's Beverage and Grey's Construction, Question 9-39 a and b.  I only need a 3-5 sentence answer and node and arcs of the shortest route.  You will see an example of the node and arcs on Binder's Beveage.  Please let me know if you can do something like this.
