Bad-News Message Assignment

Please read the scenario carefully before crafting your bad news message Bad News Message Internal Refusal Assignment.docx

You may choose either 1) a formal email style which will require an appropriate subject line that does not reveal the bad news or 2) a formal block letter that would be mailed to the recipient of the bad news.  If I cannot determine which format you chose, you will receive no credit for that portion of the assignment according to the grading rubric.
