Avoiding Libel

Write a paper that explains the special considerations you would take when writing about a public figure to avoid libel.  How might litigation impact public opinion of the public figure?

Write between 750 - 1250 words (approx 3-5 pages) using Microsoft Wordin APA style.

Include cover page and reference page.

Use at least three references.

Cite all references material (data, dates, scholarly journals, CNN, online newspapers such as, The Wall Street Journal, govt websites.

Sources such as Wikis, Yahoo Answers, eHow, blogs, etc. are not acceptable.
