Aviation Maintenance help?

Part IV (Ch. 16-19) deals with oversight functions.  As you saw in the organizational structure these oversight functions consist of quality assurance, quality control, reliability, and safety.  

I want you to take a minute and think about these functions and how they relate to the maintenance and engineering organization in terms of safe aircraft.  How does each function help ensure safe, reliable aircraft?  

For this assignment you are to summarize each function and then address the above stated question – How does each function help ensure safe, reliable aircraft?  Your response should be at least 4 pages with approximately 1 page per function. (1 page for QA, 1 page for QC, etc.) Moreover, you need to read the book chapter 16 through 19 to answer this. 

The book is Aviation Maintenance Management second edition by Harry A. Kinnison and Tariq Siddiqui. the same book we used in the prevouis homework
