A challenge for the leaders is to generate support and validation that the change that is being introduced will support the institution's mission and goals. The longevity of the institution and its stakeholders is more important than individual agendas or personal interests. A leader must exhibit positive transformative practices to benefit the greater good.

In this assignment, your response must focus on the implications of instituting a change while ensuring that equality, diversity, and cultural considerations are not ignored.
