I need a 5 page outline for a speech class. the teacher is very concerned with proper quoting. So I need to do a plagarism check and similarity can be no more than 10% Also formatting is important quotes, indent proper spacing. I have also attached my premise which is on the min wage increasing to 15%. 

Please, Please, Please use the Sample as a guide. Your finished project should look like the sample.

• Use the attached template to construct an affirmative case for the proposition that you developed in Project #1. Your final product will be in an outline format (not converted into a narrative) See the sample for formatting. 
• The length is 4-5 pages (Double-spaced, 12 pt font, Times New Roman, 1 inch margins)
• Clearly type the labels for each component. Use the outline structure. (See SAMPLE for how the finished product will look).
• Incorporate a minimum of 5 different, credible sources. These sources must be sighted internally (see SAMPLE)

1. On the right hand Menu, you will see a SUBMIT ASSIGNMENT button with a white plus sign.
2. Click on the SUBMIT ASSIGNMENT button. Then click BROWSE to look for your file on your computer.
3. When done, click the SUBMIT ASSIGNMENT button.
