• 5 items used to sample the domain are gender, age, education level, environment, and individual mental ability/capability.

• The Guttman Scale was the method of scaling chosen for the domain.

• The instrument used is a self-report.  This multiple choice instrument is a selected-response format that requires a response.

Analysis and Justification

• The test questions are relatively easy questions and could be given to elementary students. It is recommended to give this test to either second or third grade students, depending on the curriculum for the school district. Each group of either second or third grade students at each school in the school district should take the test.
