Assignment

This module explores some reasons why we develop into the people we become. Some of this is based on the culture in which we grow-up. In the work world today there is a lot of information about what makes us different. It is very important to be aware of cultural differences, but since there is so much information about that available today, I thought we could use this discussion to talk about what we share in common.

• Can you think of similarities across cultures, genders, and socioeconomic status?
• Is there something in others that you can relate to no matter what?
• In order to receive an A for this discussion, discuss whether or not you believe theses similarities are Nature or Nurture.
