You are the probation officer for this offense. Read the attached PSI and then in a 2-3 page paper offer sentencing recommendations for the Judge. This case will be a probation case, no prison. After you have listed your recommendations for sentencing, give a brief synopsis of why your sentencing recommendations are appropriate for this offender AND for the victims and what purpose they serve (Rehabilitation, Incapacitation, Restitution, Deterrence, Retribution). Remember, your recommendations should make sense/fit relative the details in the PSI. This does not need to be APA and there should be no need for citations. Your paper should be typo and error free and read smoothly. You should be able to pull ideas from both Chapters 9 and 10 for this assignment. If you have any questions, ask.
