Option #1: Service Focus: De Mar’s Product Strategy Case Study Analysis

Prepare a case study analysis paper based on the “De Mar’s Product Strategy” (Heizer & Render, 2014, p. 183) case study that contains at least four pages of content, not including the cover page and list of references, and the following titled sections:

  • Introduction
  • Summary of the Case
    • Discussion Question 1 Answer
    • Discussion Question 2 Answer
    • Discussion Question 3 Answer [which should contain 10 titled subsections for each of the “10 strategic OM decisions” (Heizer & Render, 2014, p. 183)]
  • Three Product Strategy Topics from Case Applicable to Other Service Providers
  • Overview of Another Service Provider: In this section, you will identify and describe a service provider of your choice, but it must operate on a multi-national level. This must be a real organization, and a citation must appear in this section (from your list of references) that can be used by your reader to learn more about the service provider you have selected.
  • Applicability of Three Product Strategy Topics to Selected Service Provider: In this section, you must explain how each of the product strategy topics apply to the service provider you selected and described in the seventh section of the paper.
  • Conclusion
  • References

The paper must be supported by the textbook, two additional scholarly references, and one reference pertaining to your selected service provider that may or may not be a scholarly reference. The paper must be formatted according to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements. Be clear, concise, and focused.
