3. Using your course materials and the Internet, select two articles that discuss defenses to crime.

4. In a two-page (500-word) paper, summarize both cases and address the following questions:

a. What is an appropriate defense for each case?

b. For each case, what do you feel about the validity of the defense? Why do you feel this way? How would you argue this defense?

c. Was a violation of due process an issue in either case? Explain.

5. In your paper, include citations for both articles in correct APA format.
