Change is not an easy process. However, to bring about positive transformation, new policies and procedures must be put in place. This will ensure longevity for the institution and its stakeholders. In addition, these changes will ensure that the goals and mission of the institution are supported. A great leader who has this positive vision could change the organizational culture to one that is better and more effective.
