Annotated Bibliography for a research paper

I need an annotated bibliography about sexual assault on campus. I have specefic instructions about the annoated bibliography sample that i will upload. I need the paragrapghs alphabitically organized according to the autors last name. I need five sources minimum. I also got some sources that i will upload my own that you can use.
