I am attaching the 2nd to the last results of our decision. This is my
reflection for:

ROUND 7 -7TH ROLLOVER – 21 MAY 2017, 23:59PM (SUN)

Make REFLECTION based on our decision and compare it to the attached
results of the year 2023. Basically, you need to analyze what happened
to our decision versus to the actual results of the year 2022. Base on
your analysis, look for our weaknesses and this is our focus on next
rollover(2024).

Summary for what we had done for this rollover:

      1. We reduced all our expenses

      2. We focus on increasing our demand forecast (See the percentage
of our results)

      3. We reduced our capacity from 40,000 to 18,000 UNITS

NOTE:

   OUR LAST ROLLOVER WILL BE ON 28 MAY 2017. I WILL SEND IT TO YOU ON
THE FOLLOWING DAY SO YOU CAN EASILY SEND IT BACK TO ME MY FINAL
ASSIGNMENT.
