Action Plan Graphic Organizer

the isuue is about (issues in second language learning). 

 Use the BonCurr Action Plan guide and the results of your research to create a graphic organizer that articulates the following- 1) identified issue or challenge to be addressed, 2) evaluation of the issue, 3) mission statement for the plan, 4) SMART goals, 5) action steps. 

You do not have to do part 6 of the BonCurr Action Plan.  You need to complete parts 1-5 outlined below:

1.       Identify the issue, challenge, or problem to be addressed

2.       Evaluate the issue

a.       Background

b.      Need

c.       Constraints

d.      Resources available

e.      Resources needed

3.       Develop a mission statement

4.       Create goals: 2 goals

5.       Construct action steps: 2-3 action steps for each goal
