Read one of the case studies provided in the module resource folder. Write a short response paper responding to the corresponding questions, describing which intervention you would use and what you have learned from the case.

-Case #1 Boss From Hell - What did you learn from the case? What suggestions do you have? Be specific.

-Case #2 Who to Hire – Which person would you recommend hiring and why? Be specific.

-Case #3 HR Department Respect – how do you suggest the HR department changes its image? Be specific.

You will be analyzing the other case studies later in the course.
