Topic #1:  Audience Diversity

Research one area of audience diversity (e.g., gender, age, culture, socioeconomic status, education level, etc.) and discuss how it can impact effective communication.  Be sure to include examples from your research, current events, and your own work and life experiences.

At least 2 credible references are expected.  Be sure to cite your sources in proper APA format, using in-text citations and listing your references at the end.

Topic #2:  Dealing with Conflict

Using a specific example from your work or life experience, describe a conflict situation that eventually turned out to be beneficial. Describe the communication processes used to resolve the conflict and the communication theories that were demonstrated in this situation.
