All three articles should be reviewed with the goal of presenting a power point presentation as per Assignment 1. Your presentation should highlight the following areas:

• Common and consistent themes with a clearly stated rationale and evidence for these theme;
• A review of the assumptions regarding leadership and decision-making inherent in the views and opinions of the authors;
• Referencing the work you have completed in your MBA courses, identify the gaps with evidence from the literature that support your views; and
• Your initial views on the role a leaders in an organization plays in successful implementation of any decisions or actions taken.

No more than ten power point slides are required. They must be business quality in their presentation.
